There is additional space upstairs for sleeping if you choose to. Go downstairs and you will find a pool table, video game and foosball table and dry-bar. This is suited for great entertain. There is another living room set as well and if you desire, could be used as another sleeping area. Walk outside and the hot tub that was purchased in July of 2024. Sky Harbor is in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, so you can get the best of both worlds. This cabin is very easy to get to and has great, flat, parking. It is also self-managed. The Seller has taken great care of this cabin with man updates and upgrades. Some of which include, in 2026 a new Water Heater, replaced deck upstairs and stair treads going down to the hot tub.
